Regulatory Project Manager M/F

Duties and Responsibilities Project Planning and Management
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress in line with CACI project management methodology.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Regulatory Compliance
• Work as part of the Compliance team to stay abreast of regulatory changes and trends within the industry.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure that all projects comply with the necessary regulations and standards.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including compliance reports and audits.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including team members, management, and external partners.
• Engage with and keep up to date CACI's Project Management team on the status of projects and material issues/blockers.
• Schedule and lead project meetings to report on progress, risks, and solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Risk Management
• Perform risk management analysis to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Quality Assurance
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
