Oliver James have partnered with an established MiFID firm as they expand their European presence and to facilitate this growth are keen to speak with senior Regulatory Reporting professionals.
This newly created position within the firm will support the Head of the function and support the team on enhanced prudential regulatory reporting requirements. You will also be working along the regulatory reporting BAU function. The focus of the position will be to create reporting solutions such as statistical reports, pillar 3, resolution, Anacredit, and Fin-reporting.
The successful candidate can expect a varied day-to-day that will encompass but not be limited to the following:
Support the transition of the MIFID Investment Firm to a Credit InstitutionDevelop reporting solutions for new and extended reporting requirementsContribute to the application process and post-application architectural vision for enhanced Prudential Regulatory reportingWork with the Regulatory Reporting BAU team to create operational procedures for transitioning from the build phase to the live reporting environmentEnsure new reporting processes are created in a highly controlled environmentManage the firm's reputational risk, conduct risk, and complianceEnsure adherence to internal policies, regulations, and Code of Conduct and EthicsMaintain open communication with management, regulators, and control functions, disclosing necessary information as requiredThe successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in regulatory frameworks pertaining to the Banking sector and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements such as MIFID, Pillar 3, Anacredit, Finrep, and other Prudential reporting.
