Care Worker- 6540 Permanent Part-Time 30 hours Contract New Horizons Stillorgan, Dublin Job Purpose To promote the development of independent living skills, and to assist service users in their daily living within a supported in a day service, ensuring their safety and well - being at all times.
What we're looking for: Third-level graduate, Health & Social care or equivalent is desirable Attendance at training as deemed appropriate by the management of the service.
Minimum 2 years previous experience of working with people with a disability.
A full clean driving licence Your Responsibilities To collate, assessment and intervention information and expertise for the purpose of developing an individualized community support service.
To document information, update records, and complete necessary paperwork for communication and accountability purposes.
