Attuned Programmes Ireland is looking for highly motivated Social Care Support Worker to join our teams.
We are currently recruiting for Relief Social Care Support Worker positions for our services in the Leinster Region.
Our aim is to support and meet individuals where they are at, and to identify and navigate towards positive outcomes in a safe and respectful manner that takes account of their individual needs.
General Job Description The successful candidates will be dedicated and highly motivated; they will already possess high levels of competency and will be able to demonstrate this through their qualification and some experience in meeting regulatory requirements, best practice standards and ultimately an understanding of the varied needs of each individual.
The role is to support individuals in developing self-care and independent living skills while supporting them to develop and reach their goals.
Requirements Candidates for the  Social Care Support   Worker  Must have a minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Social Care or in Health Care or a related field.
Knowledge of HIQA Standards in Residential Centres Proficient communication skills, IT skills, report writing and planning skills.
This post is subject to Garda clearance.
A full driving licence is mandatory .
Candidates must also have a deep commitment to each individuals rights and protection and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
