healthcare system works better for everyone.As a Remote Systems Administrator, this position is responsible for providing remote systems support and maintenance for mission-critical Enterprise Imaging and Workflow systems.Travel requirement: Occasional travel to customer sites to participate in system upgrades and provide on-site supportPrimary Roles & Responsibilities of a Remote Systems Administrator: Responsible for providing support to customers across EMEA for range of Enterprise Imaging SolutionsTroubleshoot, document, and resolve customer requests that are initiated through multiple support channels according to standard processes and procedures.Prioritize cases and ensure that all critical or escalated cases are quickly transferred to the appropriate team member for immediate attention.Responsible for ensuring issues are resolved within agreed SLAs on day to day basisTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Enterprise Imaging suite of productsOwn and drive resolution of issues by leveraging the appropriate channels as requiredPerform scheduled preventative maintenance and systems administration functionsCreate a world-class customer experience by providing prompt, courteous, and empathetic support in order to develop solid customer relationshipsAbility to thrive and contribute within a fast-paced and highly collaborative remote team-based work environmentAbility to develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and a commitment to continuous learning and personal development.Required Qualifications of a Remote Systems Administrator: Bachelor's degree, technical diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experienceStrong experience in a software technical support environment is generally required, though candidates with exceptional customer service and technical skills are welcome to apply.Experience with windows desktop and server operating systems.
Good understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.Experience working with Command-Line Interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications of a Remote Systems Administrator: Previous experience working with databases, DICOM, HL7 and clinical workflows is desiredPrior experience with PACS or working with Hospital IT departmentsITIL Foundation certification is desired Please note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.
