About the Role : Flogas is seeking a dynamic and motivated Renewable Services Executive to manage relationships with assigned accounts, drive new business opportunities, and support key accounts.
The role involves working closely with senior account managers to achieve sales targets, build customer loyalty, and contribute to the growth of the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a strong sales acumen, eager to engage with customers and deliver tailored energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities : Manage relationships with assigned customer accounts, focusing on pro-active engagement to ensure customer loyalty and longevity.
Deliver agreed sales targets by upselling within existing accounts and securing new customer wins.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling and market research (approx.
30% of time).
Collaborate with senior account managers to support key accounts and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Assist in sales campaigns, preparation of proposals, pricing comparisons, and margin analyses.
Lead proposal submissions for contract renewals and retention efforts.
Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting to management, detailing progress against targets and market insights.
Gather and share market information, including competitor activity, to inform strategic decision-making.
Attend corporate entertainment and networking events, which may take place outside normal working hours, including weekends.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell other Flogas products and services to meet customer needs.
Develop deeper relationships with customers to gain insights into their requirements and offer relevant solutions.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to organize seminars and training activities to engage and educate customers.
Provide feedback from customers and market trends to drive the creation of new products that meet market demand.
Focus on selling a wide range of energy solutions, including energy supply, lighting, solar, energy management, renewables, and energy efficiency projects.
Work independently to identify new opportunities and manage assigned accounts effectively.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the energy sector.
They will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
A proactive self-starter, the candidate should demonstrate strong commercial awareness, a results-driven attitude, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.
Experience with energy solutions such as renewables, energy efficiency, and management projects is highly desirable, along with the flexibility to attend networking events outside regular hours.
