IT Support Specialist Contract | €240-€300/day | Galway | Hybrid A client of mine is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join their team in Galway.
This role will focus on providing Level 2 and 3 support, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and contributing to IT infrastructure projects in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, including Active Directory management.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
Assist with the deployment and management of Azure services.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for task automation.
Document technical solutions and maintain an accurate log of support tickets.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in IT support, with a strong focus on Windows and Microsoft technologies.
Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure.
Experience with networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) and security practices.
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Linux environments.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or CompTIA Network+ are highly desirable.
