IT Support Technician Contract | €200-€230/day | Galway | Hybrid A client of mine is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their team in Galway.
This role focuses on providing Level 1 and Level 2 support to end-users, troubleshooting issues across hardware and software systems, and assisting with routine IT operations.
Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 and 2 support for Windows environments, including Active Directory and Office 365.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Assist with the deployment and configuration of IT equipment and software.
Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner, escalating as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and solutions.
Support end-users with mobile device management and connectivity issues.
Requirements: 4+ years of experience in IT support, with exposure to Windows environments.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
