Job Summary: Our client's are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager Consultant to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and supporting innovative solutions for their clients in the transfer agency, fund accounting, and administration domains.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of new product offerings and enhancements.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing solutions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Utilise strong technical expertise to solve complex problems and implement new technologies.
Lead and mentor product teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
Champion user-centric design principles to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications: Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on transfer agency, fund accounting, and administration.
Proven experience leading and managing product teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and anticipate industry trends.
Preferred Skills: Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations within the financial services industry.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
