The project: Mace are looking for a Reporting Manager to work within the project controls team on large scale and complex Infrastructure projects in Dublin.
Our values: Safety first - Going home safe and wellClient focus - Deliver on our promiseIntegrity - Always do the right thingCreate opportunity - For our people to excelYou'll be responsible for: Support the reporting and performance management services on large scale infrastructure programmes and projects.Assist in the definition, establishment, and management of the programme performance reporting systems and processes.Ensuring robust and secure data management through the whole programme/project lifecycle.To deliver and assure accurate and timely reporting on large Infrastructure programmes and projects that meet client expectations.Support the development of the supply chain tender/contractual requirements, including KPI's, performance reporting, and integrity of data.You'll need to have: Excellent written communication skills, clear and concise.An in-depth knowledge of project controls and reporting tools and software.Understanding of data management and ability to provide effective and timely advice to clients.Stay up to date with key industry and professional trends.The ability to persuade and influence colleagues to satisfy customer requirements.Tackle problems with complex solutions.Delegate tasks to others when required.Extremely collaborative with the ability to build excellent working relationships and high political sensitivity.Stay up to date with the latest technologies and tools available in the reporting and performance management arena.Extensive experience as Reporting Manager on major infrastructure programmes and projects, with experience of the whole project lifecycle from award through to handover into operation.A degree or equivalent with professional work experience in construction, programme, project, or commercial management disciplines.Membership/fellow/certified fellow status with one or more professional institutions.Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
