We are currently seeking a Reservation Agent to join the team at Farnham Estate.
We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy working on their own initiative and as part of a team.
The Reservations Agent is responsible for handling & processing all aspects of individual , group room and resort houses reservations ,including but not limited to: Placing reservations, processing payments, and confirming arrangements.
Agents need to have a pleasant phone voice and a professional but friendly attitude. In our newly renovated Ballroom, few settings for Cavan weddings are as romantic or beautiful as Farnham Estate Role/Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, monitoring and responding to emails and on line bookings, assist with reservations, confirmations, room need requests, and questions Ensure the reservations being entered into the PMS system are in the correct format Communicate information to other departments with information that pertains to them Check arrival lists and double check that all special requests are followed up correctly Follow up on reservation traces, entering group rooming lists Work closely with the Sales team to help identify leads and convert leads to confirmed bookings Liaise with the Revenue Manager to maximise room revenue.
