About the Role: As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring seamless booking experiences.
You will manage reservations efficiently while delivering exceptional service that reflects the property's high standards.
Key Responsibilities: Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
Provide detailed information about the property, services, and packages.
Accurately input and manage reservation details in the booking system.
Collaborate with other departments to accommodate special requests and ensure a flawless guest experience.
Maintain knowledge of promotions and offers to upsell services and packages.
About You: Previous experience in a reservations or front office role, preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using reservation systems and standard office software.
