The main duties and responsibilities of this role are: As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, representing the Reservations Department in a friendly, energetic and professional manner by telephone and email consistently delivering a Five-Star level of service to our guests in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in delivering a memorable experience, working with all departments throughout the Hotel to deliver and exceed guest expectations.
To manage the Reservations mailbox.
Focus on Group Rooming Lists and Inputting all rooms whilst upselling.
To have full knowledge of the Rate Structure, including the various packages on offer.
To liaise directly with all hotel reservation enquiries, from quotation, to confirmation, to arrival.
Ensureall reservations are entered correctly into the system.
To deal with our Tour Operators regarding bookings made and pre-payment required.
To use up-selling techniques and promote hotel facilities.
