Reporting to Reservations Manager, we are now looking to expand our reservations team with the addition of a Reservations Agent.
Responsibilities To answer reservation calls in a timely and courteous manner and to respond to email enquiries To record reservation information accurately To inform other departments of VIP arrivals and special requirements To record and process deposit information and payment for prepaid bookings To use up-selling techniques and promote hotel facilities To make bookings for F&B outlets during the reservation process To ensure that booking details are accurate prior to guests arrival Requirements Fluent English and excellent communication and written skills Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly & outgoing personality.
