Reservations Manager, D22

Job Summary: Our client is looking for an organized and customer-focused Reservations Manager in Dublin 22 to lead their reservations department.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in managing hotel reservations.
As a Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the booking process, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
Responsibilities: · Manage the reservations department to ensure efficient booking processes · Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online platforms · Monitor room availability and manage overbooking situations · Train and supervise reservations staff, fostering a team-oriented environment · Ensure accurate data entry and maintain detailed records · Collaborate with other departments to optimize guest satisfaction Ideal Candidate: Needs experience with either Hotsoft or Opera Booking System.
Needs experience in Ireland.
