Strong working knowledge of hotel reservation systems (Opera, SynXis, Guestline, etc.)
and revenue management practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering a superior guest experience.
Responsibilities of the Reservations Manager Manage hotel reservations and ensure a seamless experience for guests from booking to check-in.
Oversee room allocations, pricing strategies, and availability to maximise occupancy and revenue.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and front office teams to optimise room sales and revenue management.
Monitor and manage online booking platforms, including OTA channels and our direct website, ensuring accuracy and availability.
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and requests.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of reservations agents to ensure high performance and consistency.
