Advise: Our team offers advice and guidance that draws upon the extensive technical expertise and experience within our organisation.Assist: Provide a range of consultancy and technical support services, which can be used on a standalone basis or combined with our other services. We adapt our approach to match our client's objectives.Manage: We manage different types of complex projects on behalf of our clients, which vary from overseeing large aircraft redelivery programs to managing whole aviation portfolios.CTAAM is part of the Charles Taylor group, a global provider of professional services.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will include:
Establishing CTAAM as an aviation consultancy / technical services provider within your region.Developing and maintaining professional relationships with local clients.Managing local consultants to support projects within your region.Performing aircraft condition surveys and technical records reviews (Pre-Purchase / Mid-lease Inspections).Providing technical support (records and/or physical) during aircraft redeliveries.Drafting technical reports and auditing technical documentation (e.g., AD, SB, Repair records, etc.).Aircraft maintenance check representation and Dent & Buckle surveys.Continuing Airworthiness Management activities.Supporting projects and sales activities globally.Required SkillsExtensive professional network.Managerial experience with the desire to build a regional team to support our clients' needs.Proven track record of managing aircraft redeliveries.Previous experience in auditing aircraft technical records during aircraft redeliveries.Extensive knowledge of FAA and EASA Regulations.Hold an engineer's licence or an aeronautical degree.Must be prepared to travel internationally and often at short notice.Located in Singapore, Florida (Miami), and Ireland (Dublin/Shannon) may be an advantage, but all locations are considered.Why Join Charles Taylor?We are proud that nine out of ten of our people recommend Charles Taylor as a place to work.
