[Trinity College Dublin- an introduction](Trinity College Dublin- an introduction) Post Summary The role of the Residential Services Attendant (RSA) is the provision of a range of activities supporting the residences and the residents at Trinity Hall Accommodation.The role includes duties related to customer services, facility services and importantly, the maintenance of a safe and secure environment.
RSA staff will contribute to the overall ethos of the community at Hall particularly in assisting in the maintenance of a supportive and appropriately regulated environment for the students who are resident at Hall during the academic year as well as guests visiting Trinity Hall during the commercial summer season.
Post status: Permanent Hours of Post: 35 hours per weekTypical shifts which RSA staff work a mix of; as part of their roster pattern are currently Morning Shift: 07.00 to 15.00.Evening Shift: 15.00-23.30.Overnight Shift 23.00-7.30.
This is a full-time post which has a 30% shift allowance.
Salary: This appointment will be made on the Attendant merged scale; €1,284.48-€1,452.91 per fortnight in line with current Government pay policy.
