What you'll do As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating the marketing activities of assigned products within a given product line including distribution channel solutions (may include digital, social media, inside sales). You will assist in the review of marketing programs and help implement changes. You will also assist in the analysis of market data to identify key segment drivers and work in conjunction with promotional and direct-to-consumer teams.
Essential for the role Apothecary Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Science.Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical brand management with a good track record of effective implementation of plans and campaigns.In-depth understanding of the Oncology patient experience from diagnosis throughout the rest of their journey.Demonstrable strategic and tactical approach within the Oncology therapy area.Clear evidence of innovation leading to success.Strong focus on effective decision making and results.Able to work cross-functionally, especially with the sales team, to develop specific plans to address different challenges at the customer level.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Team player, organized, results-oriented, and independent.Broad understanding of the commercial, operational, and strategic aspects of the pharmaceutical business.Why AstraZeneca?
