Restaurant Breakfast Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced, full time, Breakfast Supervisor in McGettigan's Hotel The Breakfast Supervisor will be responsible for leading and motivating the team, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual with a strong supervisory background in Food & Beverage.
Duties: To manage the activities of the Bistro and function rooms as directed by the Manager, to ensure quality and standards of service are maintained to a consistent level in accordance with company Standards.
Put a strong focus on customer care, ensuring that customers receive the highest possible level of service and care.
To exercise effective stock rotation and maintain stock levels as directed by the Manager To ensure that the Bistro and function rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times.
Follow rigidly and observe all hygiene regulations To maintain a physical presence on the floor and liaise closely with the Duty Manager and kitchen Requirements: To have previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team Excellent communication skills Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
Fluent level of spoken and written English essential Ability to work and supervise confidently during busy periods.
