RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIRED FOR DOCK 84, SLIGO!
Our Family run business is renowned for our chain of O'Hehirs Bakery Cafes based across the north west.
Our classy Dock 84 restaurant has since received great acclaim, delighting droves of customers with its unique and flavoursome menu!
We are seeking   a Restaurant Manager  to join our team at our  Dock 84 restaurant, Sligo.  The role will be working full time hours across Mon-Sun .
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with the day to day operations of the shop including people management, food quality, scheduling budgeting.
They will possess excellent customer service and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities include: Rostering and organising of team, managing budgeted hours and ensuring timesheets are submitted on time for the weekly payroll Lead kitchen staff so as to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained.
Ensure efficient stock control and responsibility for monthly stock takes.
Ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees.
Daily cashing up of tills, managing floats and banking.
Ideally you will have Certs in - HACCP, Manual Handling, First Aid Essential Requirements: Valid Work Permit to work in Ireland.
Excellent proficiency in verbal & written English 2 years experience of managing a restaurant and leading teams
