We are currently seeking a passionate and highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to elevate our guests experience at our Clients Michelin Star Restaurant.

Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential: Previous Front of House Supervisory experience in a Michelin star restaurant is essential.
Be an inspirational leader who is passionate about creating highly energised teams to provide world class service.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Be fluent in spoken and written English.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Duties include but are not exclusive to: Collaborate closely with and help supervise the restaurant team and create memorable dining experiences for guests.
Uphold impeccable standards of service and hospitality, consistently exceeding guest expectations and fostering a culture of excellence among the staff.
The effective and efficient running of the restaurant maintaining the consistency of high food and service standards, at all times ensuring that the defined Michelin standards are implemented and adhered to by all service personnel.
To help oversee service, ensuring that guests are checked throughout the meal and the food service is efficient, professional and friendly.
To liaise with the Senior Management ensuring that effective cost controls are in place.
To help ensure that food service areas are fully set-up and staffed accordingly to meet business demands.

We have a full-time position available on a rostered basis, which includes weekends and evening shifts.
