Job Description: As a Full-Time restaurant/takeaway Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant/takeaway service, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining hygiene standards, and handling any issues that arise during your shift.
Location: Mi Asian Street Food, Unit 4 Redmond Rd, Townparks, Wexford, Y35 Y940 Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant/takeaway staff.
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
Manage staff schedules, including assigning shifts and managing time-off requests.
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching and support.
Monitor food preparation processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform cash handling duties, including opening and closing the register.
Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and customer feedback.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calm and efficiency.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
