Retail Assistant – Full Time ¦ Tipperary Town PlazaWe are seeking Full-Time Retail & Forecourt Assistants who are fully flexible to work at our Tipperary Town Plaza from Monday to Sunday. Please note: This is a full-time role requiring flexibility; it is not a weekend or part-time position and is not suitable for students. Candidates must be 18 years old or older due to the requirement of serving alcohol and tobacco. The Plaza Group, which is part of the Supermac's group, operates several key locations on busy road networks and motorways. Our core brands include the iconic Supermac's, Papa John's Pizza, and the delicious SuperSubs outlets as well as Mac's Diner Carvery & Deli.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensure customers are served promptly with a friendly attitude.Ensure high quality and consistent customer service is provided at all times, together with attention to detail when handling money and cards.Ensure stock is rotated appropriately to ensure in-date stock is available and to minimise waste through out-of-date stock.Assist and follow the direction of supervisors in keeping the store clean and presentable at all times.Merchandise stock.The ideal candidate will possess many of the below attributes: Planning & organising.Problem-solving.Excellent interpersonal relations.Excellent understanding of consumer needs.Apply today and become a part of our successful team!
