The ideal Butcher candidate will be either fully qualified or partially qualified as a Butcher, capable of displaying counters, maintaining the records, assisting customers with queries, and must have a good ability to build rapport and upsell products within a customer-facing environment.
The salary for this role is NEG DOE.

Butchery Qualification, either full or partial, from Ireland is required Strong attention to detail Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work both on your own and within a team Strong knowledge of HACCP Flexible to work mainly early mornings, with occasional late evenings, and weekends Responsibilities for this Retail Butcher Job: Receiving and inspecting carcasses or cuts of meat, determining the appropriate method of butchering, and using tools to cut, trim, portion, and prepare the meat according to customer orders Assist customers in selecting the right cuts of meat, provide cooking advice, and answer questions about the different types of meat.
