Good organizational skills Be able to work within a team and on yourowninitiative Whilst our client offers a flexible and fair rota for all managers, they do require flexibility to work mornings and evenings, weekends Responsibilities for this Retail Duty Manager Job: Shop minding, ensuring the store runs smoothly, andmaintaining the standards whilst managing the store on your own in the morning or closing shifts As a Trainee Manager, you will be assigned specific departments in the store, you will both learn and become capable of managing the performance of these departments, such as driving sales, controlling the stock level, managing promotional changeover , andensuring the profit margins are at the agreed target People management, developing and coaching teams, learning more about performance management, like conflict resolution and motivating colleagues, rota planning , etc.
