Job Responsibilities: • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of all store events and campaigns • Collaborate closely with the Retail Events Manager to ensure consistency in brand messaging • Monitor inventory and supplies needed for each promotional event • Handle logistical arrangements for promotions and events, including setup and breakdown • Engage with customers during events, responding to queries and maintaining high service standards Desired Qualifications: • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities • Basic understanding of retail operations and event planning
