Retail General Manager

We are looking for an experiencedRetail Managerto oversee the daily operations of our clients stores in Cork, Kerry and Limerick.
You will be the one to ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.
The ideal candidate will have experience as astore managerand knowledge of diverse business subjects such as sales, marketing etc.
An effective retail manager will also be able to motivate personnel to perform according to their maximum capacity.
The goal is to manage our clients stores and projects in ways that boost revenues and develop the business.
Responsibilities Responsible for the completion of projects to a high standard.
Dealing with the fitting staff on a daily basis to ensure jobs are completed Dealing with problem calls and rectifying on behalf of the company i.e.
contacting the customer to discuss issues, organizing team members to call to rectify.
Serving as a liaison between store staff and upper management, conveying important information, goals, and expectations while also gathering feedback from the frontline Organize all stores operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel Requirements and skills 3+ years of Management experience 3+ years of Tile and Bathroom knowledge and experience Project management (desirable) Full Clean Driving License Excellent Communication and personnel skills Working hours: Mon- Fri Salary: Skills: Project management retail operations
