Retail Grocery Checkout Manager Job North Dublin Teamworx is currently recruiting for a Retail Checkout Manager or Supervisor to join the team of a highly successful supermarket group based in North Dublin.
This is a vibrant and busy store that operates with extremely high standards, offering free parking and a huge fresh food department with an in-store bakery and butchers.
In this role as a Retail Grocery Checkout Manager, you will oversee the management of a well-established team to increase productivity and maximize sales for the store while having the opportunity to develop your retail experience and skills within an award-winning team.
This job will see you responsible for delegating work among a large team of up to 20 people, training, performance management, problem-solving, rostering, and motivating the team.

Responsibilities for this Supermarket Retail Checkout Manager Job: Overall management of a busy checkout department.
Supervision of a team of up to ten people when on duty.
Rostering for a team of up to 10 staff plus.
Queue management.
Ensuring all staff have the tools required to complete their role.
Covering the customer service desk by assisting customers with questions/queries.
Overseeing the store end of the home delivery service.
Staff training and development.Assisting the store manager in other areas of the store if/when required.
