Ensure the global operating model supports our in-store colleagues whilst delivering a customer experience that is fitting of a super brand.Maintain current store policies and procedures and ensure changes are communicated in an effective way.Ensure we are always delivering the best through continuous review and improvement of our operating model and internal processes.Create easy to read communications that are relevant, informative, language appropriate, timely and consistent.What You'll Bring Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular: 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced environment Proficient in the use of Microsoft productsAbility to deal with stakeholders of all levels throughout Primark and represent the departments strategy.Analytical thinker that can make sense of multiple sources of information, create solutions, and communicate these in a logical way.Strong attention to detail who is organised and can manage workload and deadlines with multiple teams simultaneously.Ready?
