Job Description Role: Within Management Location: LetterKenny All candidates must have full right to work in Ireland / Relevant experience and be able to work 40 hours  Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Supervisor to lead customer service and a motivated sales team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that customers receive outstanding service and that sales targets are met and exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for footwear, a deep commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities: Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, demonstrating effective sales techniques.
Ensure that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service Monitor customer service levels and implement strategies to continuously improve service delivery.
Drive sales to meet and exceed store targets Encourage upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue opportunities.
Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized  Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and latest trends.
  Qualifications:   Previous retail experience required preferably in footwear or fashion Proven track record in customer service and sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment Have a strong passion for customer service and building relationships High level of motivation and enthusiasm.
Flexible with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
