You will demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service and combine this with a very personalised and educational approach to all the conversations you will have.
The responsibilities of the Retail Skin Sales Associate….
Could this be you? Guide customers through their skincare journey by advising, listening, and connecting with them throughout every touchpoint to provide a personalised experience. Implement CLEAR, our customer journey retail tool, ensuring every customer receives a skincare programme that includes both treatment and homecare to achieve their goals. Form a partnership with customers, using your professional expertise to help them achieve their healthiest skin ever. Take ownership of monthly targets set for the location, including both individual and location targets, while keeping track of daily goals and achievements. Cover counter duties which include Speed Mapping to understand the client's needs and concerns, offering education, and empowering customers to be experts in their own skin. Maintain work areas professionally, including stocking shelves, cleaning the skin bar and product pool, and replenishing products, while adhering to our Clean Touch policy. Do you have the below skills? Experience as a Sales Associate is ideal, preferably in a fast-paced environment within Retail, Beauty, or FMCG. A confident people person that customers will love to engage with. An extrovert, outgoing, proactive, and creative thinker who can create theatre at the counter to inspire customers.
