Provide assistance to customers and maintain a friendly, approachable presence.
Respond swiftly to security or safety incidents, including emergencies, and document all occurrences accurately.
Key holding responsibilities to include opening/closing of the Store Carry out routine spot checks on waste, deliveries, closing stock, refunds, voids and employees Operate and monitor CCTV systems to detect and respond to suspicious activities.
Conduct regular patrols of the store, focusing on entrances, exits, and other vulnerable areas.
Ensure compliance with all security protocols and procedures.
