ResponsibilitiesYou will own overall performance and running of the store.Motivate and consistently deliver targets and objectives.Foster an environment of collaboration, inclusivity, and empowerment.Drive a culture of continuous improvement for self and team.Seek out opportunities to work on projects and collaborate with different teams in our business.Champion the best customer experience in-store.Pioneer a connected life and lead teams to help guests discover lifestyle solutions.Champion change, leading and supporting teams in an ever-changing world.Be responsible for KPIs in areas such as sales, stock, audit, and security.Responsible for all RLP policies and processes for store audits.Customer EngagementYou will make customers feel phenomenal by:
Taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them in a patient and professional manner.Promoting customer self-service with a 'show' rather than 'do' attitude.Engaging with customers to tell a story about our product range.Sales DrivingYou will be responsible for driving sales by:
Motivating your team to exceed targets through coaching and support.Maintaining expert-level knowledge of all products.Engaging with customers to match them to appropriate products and services.Promoting smaller products and services through cross-selling and upselling.Continuous ImprovementYou will go beyond the expected by:
