The ideal candidate for this Retail Supermarket Supervisor Job: Grocery or fresh food knowledge with some ordering experience, ideally within Retail, Supermarkets, Catering, or Cafe environments would be essential for this job.

Flexible to work different shifts, mornings and evenings Responsibilities for this Retail Supermarket Supervisor Job: You will work closely with the senior management, to learn the process of placing orders using their back office and ordering systems.

Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing team members.
Understanding and implementing food safety and sanitation guidelines is essential.
You will learn about proper handling, storage, and temperature control of fresh food and grocery retail items to ensure they are safe for consumption.
Will be given exposure to people management, leading and evaluating peoples work mainly within the grocery and retail departments, providing training and direction to complete tasks.
Collaboration and effective communication are essential to coordinate tasks, address challenges, and maintain a smooth operation.
You will provide support in various operational aspects, such as scheduling, staffing, and managing work shifts.
