Operate tills, coffee stations, food service counters, or assist on the floor as needed. Provide a welcoming and helpful environment for all customers using the services. Ensure proper stock rotation procedures are followed using the FIFO rule. Adhere to infection control and HACCP policies during food handling and storage. Accurately record necessary information related to food safety and hygiene. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times. Follow the prescribed dress code and wear all task-appropriate PPE. Maintain a high level of personal hygiene. Understand and follow fire and disaster plans as well as injury reporting procedures. Adhere to correct manual handling procedures when lifting or moving objects. Report any defective materials or equipment. Comply with all Aramark and hospital policies and procedures, including confidentiality policies. Participate in training and development programs as required. Undertake other reasonable tasks assigned by the line manager to ensure smooth departmental operations.
