As one of our Team Leaders, every day will be different. You will lead by example, manage your team, and focus on making sure the store runs smoothly. You will delegate tasks appropriately by recognizing the strengths of our team members, ensuring the right person is in the right place at the right time, which will help drive up sales and customer service standards.
You will oversee stock replenishment and all shop floor activity, having a real passion for retail. Keenly focused on health & safety and compliance, what will set you apart is your attitude and mindset. We expect you to take huge pride in what you do, ensuring that the shop floor looks amazing and all of the stock is merchandised in the correct place, looking its best. We don't expect you to know everything about Choice. This is why we train you at our training academy and develop our Team Leaders to build the knowledge, confidence, and skills they need to be the best and give our customers exceptional service every time they visit our stores. However, you will need enthusiasm for customer service, good leadership skills, the motivation to learn, and a real passion for helping people and going that extra mile.
