Role Purpose Retirement & Investment Consultants are highly motivated and driven financial advisors who guide our retiring clients throughout the process of retirement. Financial needs and goals are assessed, and appropriate recommendations are made to help clients achieve these goals. As part of the client's retirement plan, expert advice is provided on ARFS, Investments, Single Premium AVCs & PRSAs, Savings Plans, Retired Members Life Cover, Cornmarket Tax Service and Life products.
Retirement & Investment Consultants are expected to reach targets set down by the Head of Retirement & Investment. A customer-focused approach requires Consultants to perform fundamental tasks and duties in a compliant, professional, and efficient manner. The role holder will be provided with a full diary of clients each week.
Due to the specialised nature of advising Public Sector clients at retirement, all Retirement & Investment Consultants will receive an extensive training course prior to commencement of the role along with ongoing development within the role.
