Returns Manager- Dublin Airport Europcar is excited to announce our new vacancy for Returns Manager in Dublin Airport This is a permanent role with a requirement to work any 5 days over a 7-day roster on a fully flexible basis.
Reporting directly to the Airport Manager, we are looking for someone who can handle a fast-paced working environment, multi-task, is energetic and has excellent attention to detail.
As Returns Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the car return process and estimate handling of your own operation while ensuring that we are providing first class experience.
You will be responsible for the development of your very own returns team while driving efficiencies as you train and develop your staff.
A deep desire to work with and lead others as a team to build an operation that is both fast paced and continually improving.
You will also have experience of using metrics and KPI's to drive continuous improvement, supported with fluent written and spoken English and as a great team player you will be able to excel in a fast paced and challenging environment.

Work together as a team to deliver complete Operational readiness at all times.
Monitor performance, spot improvement opportunities and deliver improvements so as to optimise performance, revenue and costs.
Regularly monitors and reviews return quality checking Ensure transparency and accuracy of reporting for damage and vehicle condition Hire, train, develop, motivate and evaluate the performance of your staff.
Provide ongoing feedback regarding performance and expectations.
Looking at return volumes in advance, making sure they get dealt with in a timely manner , space management and getting the right vehicles to the valet shed by collaborating with other department managers and supervisors.
Rostering of all personnel to handle return volume at both Eastlands and Terminals return depots.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues.
Ad hoc duties as required.
Skills Required: 2 years Management or Supervisory experience in Car rental or similar field.
Strong management, communications, interpersonal relationship, customer service, problem solving and analytical ability.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel Motivated self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced environment Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards Professional demeanour with "Can Do" attitude Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities Team player who works productively with wide range of people Full Clean Drivers Licence Why Choose Europcar?
