Revenue Manager Clayton Hotel Burlington Road We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Revenue Manager to join the 4* Clayton Hotel Burlington Road.
We are looking for a talented individual with experience in revenue management in the hospitality industry.
Located 30 minutes from Dublin International Airport and a 15-minute walk from St Stephens Green, our iconic Conference hotel caters for up to 1200 delegates with 20 supporting meeting rooms and 502 guest bedrooms.
Objective of the Role To manage the revenue and distribution strategy of the hotel in order to maximise revenue, using yield management techniques to maximise RevPar.
To achieve, if not exceed the budgets & targets within the department.
To outperform the market/competitor set on RevPar.
To manage all elements of the revenue and reservations department and to identify new revenue opportunities, optimize and expand distribution partnerships.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Build and execute the rooms strategy for the hotel.
Manage the hotel rates strategy.
Achieve monthly budget targets and ensure profitability.
Work with other hotels in the Dalata Hotel Group to support group revenue strategy.
Develop new business and new revenue streams.
Requirements: 2 years experience as a revenue manager in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Business Development experience.
