RGI Plumber LMC Facilities Management Job Title: RGI Plumber Reporting To: Line Manager Salary: Competitive salary and benefits package in the range of €65,000 to €70,000 Summary: LMC FM is seeking an experienced RGI Plumber to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to develop a career in this growing sector. Responsibilities: ·Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance of customer plant and equipment to optimise performance. ·Ensure real time repair of plant and equipment within optimum time frame. ·Report all faults, damages and electrical or mechanical defaults to the technical department. ·Ensure any plant unsafe to use is taken out of service and the appropriate department notified. ·Accurately record all checks as required on Planned Preventative Maintenance ·Document accurately all works carried out and materials used. ·Perform all Pre-Start, hygiene, and safety checks as necessary. ·Adhere to company safety policies at all times. Skills and Experience: ·Must be fluent English speaker and be permitted to work in Ireland. ·Excellent communication and customer care skills. ·Fully Qualified ·Three plus years' experience in a Plumbing role. ·Safe Pass. ·Manual Handling.
