RGII Boiler Maintenance Technician - M&E Contractor - Tallaght, Co DublinOffice/Project Location: Tallaght, Co DublinEmployment Type: PermanentWork Location: Site BasedPay: €50k - €70k per yearExperience: 5+ yearsVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur client offers a full range full range of Mechanical, Electrical & Maintenance Services including Engineering, Project Management, Design & Build, Construction, Asset Management, PPM, 24/7 reactive maintenance and validation.They are looking for a RGII Boiler Maintenance Technician to join a large Maintenance Team which focuses primarily on the mechanical services.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent technical skills and proven experience in all aspects of Gas Boilers, HVAC Units, other gas related and plumbing services.
This role is based in Dublin and surrounding areas.Carrying out preventative maintenance on Commercial, Hospital, Healthcare SitesEnsure that the work complies with site safety protocols and quality control standards.Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as requiredBuild and maintain relationships with clients, while promoting Tritech as an employer of choice.Liaise with the service desk and respond to all non-technical and technical queries in a timely manner to ensure conformance with the relevant Service Level Agreement.Maintain an internal 'Best Practice' regime and encourage continuous improvements.Provide cover to sites for out of hours situations on a rotational basisAbility to work within set time scales RequirementsRelevant trade qualification and/or third level qualification essentialMinimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role essentialStrong Boiler fault finding is essentialGood communication skillsRGII Licence / SafepassOFTEC Certification an advantage but not necessaryAbility to work on own initiative as well as part of a teamAbility to work under pressure and within strict deadlinesGood knowledge of HVAC plant and controlsStrong written and verbal communication skills.Full Driver's Licence requiredPlumbing & heating experience required.PackageSalary €50K-€70K depending on experienceFully expensed van / company carPensionYearly bonus
