Risk Consulting Life Actuarial Senior Manager

Our client, a leading global assurance company, have an upcoming opportunity for a Risk Consulting Life Actuarial Senior Manager.
For this role we are seeking a Qualified Actuary with minimum 8 years' post qualification experience in the life/reinsurance/life consulting industry.
This position is based in Dublin City Centre and has a hybrid working structure.
The successful applicant will have an awareness of the challenges facing the life insurance industry.About this Risk Consulting Life Actuarial Senior Manager role Duties for this role include (but are not limited to): Lead both client interactions and interactions with more junior staff.Collaborate cross functionally across a range of projects as part of the assurance and consulting practices.Drive production of client deliverables as well as successful delivery and management of actuarial and multidisciplinary projects.Look to develop technical expertise in a number of areas, participating in the research and development required to support the growth of these fields of expertise.
Actuarial skills required This role will suit a Qualified Actuary with at least 8 years' PQE experience and 11 years total experience in the life/reinsurance/life consulting industry.
Candidates must ideally have experience of the following: Experience ideally in Solvency II, IFRS 17, Financial reporting and Capital and Risk Management.Excellent technical, communication and analytical skills.Ability to confidently deal with clients while maintaining a professional demeanour.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.Experienced in managing junior staff and delivering projects.
