Introduction to the Competency The Risk Management team works with some of the world's largest companies. Our work streams range from reviewing regulatory risks related to technology & third parties managing or providing technological services on behalf of global clients, to helping EY clients on matters including improving their quality management and regulatory compliance.
The Opportunity The Regulatory Compliance team is part of the Risk Consulting practice, which focuses on Life Sciences & Healthcare industries. You will be an integral member of our risk consulting team, and will spend most of your time providing Regulatory Compliance services to clients in the following areas: quality management, data integrity assessment, quality improvement, validation strategy, technology risk assessment, technology implementation and technology transformation.
Your Key Responsibilities Most of your time will be spent growing and managing the teams' with a strong focus on business development, supervising the client engagement teams and working with a wide variety of clients to market and deliver Regulatory Compliance services such as Quality Management, Computer System Validation & other risk management services in the Life Sciences domain.
To qualify for the role, you must have A bachelor's degree and approximately 2-4 years of relevant work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 2+ years of related work experience.Consulting experience in Life Sciences is desirable.Good interpersonal skills.Advanced written and presentational skills.Strong leadership skills & experience in team management.Experience with Laboratory & Quality Management Systems, Information Technology (IT) and/or Quality Assurance (QA).Experience in people management, and solution design.Ideally, you will also have Practical laboratory experience and knowledge of lab techniques.Knowledge of computer system validation and SAP validation.An understanding of GxP best practices.Quality risk management.Experience with record keeping and change control management.Skills and attributes for success Supporting large scale client engagements and consistently deliver quality client services.Driving high quality work products within expected timeframes.Monitoring progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed.Understanding EY and its service lines and actively present ways to serve clients.Developing relationship with team members across all EY practices to support client needs.Playing an active role in counseling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization.Provide constructive on-the-job feedback / coaching to the team members.Generating new business opportunities.What we look for Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
