Roadside Assistance Patrol

Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting a Roadside Patrol Team for one of our clients in Galway. You will be working alongside the Roadside and Rescue team to support a dedicated team and provide best-in-class service to our client's customers. Responsibilities for Roadside Patrol Team: Undertake to a high standard effective and safe diagnosis and repair on vehicles Optimise time and costs when performing diagnostic work Recover vehicles from the roadside when repairs are not feasible and arrange any necessary garage assistance as required Uphold a high standard of driving, courtesy and efficiency when interacting with members of the general public Be well-versed in all communication systems used and ensure that all communications meet company standards Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and serviceability for all company vehicles, tools and equipment used Requirements of the Roadside Patrol Team: Must have a full clean driving license - category B - BE driving license is a plus QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft - Motor Mechanics or equivalent Excellent planning and organisational skills Will be rostered to work 40 hours a week, rotating days, evenings and nights Practical knowledge of mechanical workings of motor vehicles required Previous experience desirable Benefits: Excellent salary with opportunity to pick up overtime hours Company van, uniform, tools and fuel card provided Company pension Employee membership and discounts 23 days annual leave plus 2 company days If you would like to apply for this Roadside Patrol job, please submit your CV or contact Gary directly .
