They service clients in the mixed use Commercial, Pharma, Biotech, Data Centres and Residential Sectors.Project Managers are required to take ownership and manage the day to day aspects of their assigned project.Driving the project outcomes.Maintaining the health and safety in the project.Procurement of specialist subcontractorsProgress reportingManaging the scope work package and developing strategic package programmesManaging Quality deliverablesCost Monitoring and evaluation.Requirements Relevant third level qualifications within construction / engineering 3+ year's experience in the roofing and cladding sectors with full control of site management.Must be able to read and interpret drawing specificationsKnowledge in roofing and cladding construction methods and practices, including safety codes and requirementsEffective communication, supervision, and managerial skillsMust have a good level of computer skills including MS Office softwareGood organisational skillsCurrent drivers licencePackage€Competitive salary packages negotiable based on experienceCompany vehicleBenefits package
