The Merrion, one of Dublins finest luxury hotels, and a certified Great Place to Work, is recruiting for a Room Service Supervisor.

Your role as Room Service Supervisor will include: Promote a helpful and professional image to the guest and give full co-operation to any guest requiring assistance with a prompt caring and helpful attitude.
Identify and report hazards in the workplace and to follow up to ensure action is taken.
Be flexible in assisting around the hotel in response to business and guests needs.
Accommodate any roster changes required due to scheduled training courses or any training that will benefit your role in the hotel.
Have complete knowledge of the hotel and the products and services it offers.
Working hours are 39 per week, and days of work include weekdays and weekends, working from either 6am 2.30pm or 2.30pm 11pm, or weekends 3.30pm-12pm.
The successful candidate will have strong guest focus, great communication skills, spoken and written English, multi-tasking ability, and enjoy contributing in a positive way to The Merrion Culture.
Flexibility in response to guest and business needs is required, no two days are the same!
