This role requires strong Genesys experience.

Skills & Requirements 6-9 years voice/digital experienceStrong Genesys experienceExperience with data communication protocols such as Web, telephony, and other protocols: HTTP, SIP, TLS/SSL, TCP/IP, SNMP, LDAP, RDP, SDPKnowledge of Docker and container-based development and deployment practicesProficiency managing, configuring and tuning Linux operating systemsWorking knowledge of VoIP, SIP and data applications/networkingExperience with CI/CD pipelines and utilizing uDeploy and/or Ansible
