We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales process, focusing on lead generation, and promoting our solutions to potential clients.
This remote position is an exciting opportunity for individuals based in Ireland who are eager to contribute to our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities for SaaS SDR Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify and qualify sales leads.
Create and deliver effective sales presentations.
Negotiate and close sales in collaboration with the broader Whisplo team.
Follow up with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Actively contribute to the company's sales goals and objectives.
Collaborate with other team members and team leads to share best practices and strategies.
Continuously learn and develop your sales skills and knowledge.
Research and analyze customer needs and market trends.
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
Manage and track sales opportunities.
Monitor and report on sales performance.
Provide feedback and support to other sales team members.
Attend industry events and workshops.
Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in sales or lead generation in the SaaS industry.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative and innovative thinker.
Passion for sales and the events industry.
Knowledge of current event trends and technologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
