Occupli is recruiting a Safety Advisor for our client in the Utilities industry in Co. Dublin, with travel involved to cover sites nationally and in Dublin North, Central, and South regions. This is an initial 12-month contract with potential extension.

Responsibilities: Complete safety and quality audits on contractors as per the agreed format and ensure items identified are documented.Proactively work with the client team and managers to ensure the required processes and procedures are in place to enable the team to operate effectively.Input into or lead investigations into contractor incidents. Provide expert advice and support on safety management.Develop and build strong business relations with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a best practice/quality resource within own discipline or as a technical expert on functional or cross-functional teams or projects.Guide others in resolving complex issues in specialized areas. Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices.RequirementsQualifications include: Health & Safety Degree (H&S) Level 8 at a minimum is mandatory.A minimum of 5 years proven experience working in a Safety Advisor role in the construction industry.PSCS, PSDP, and Traffic Management experience is an advantage.Fuel and overnight accommodation allowance.
